If you pop over to the Paper Creator Store you can get the Gotta Celebrate Kit for free (link below), as well as the sheets to make the card the kit also includes the insert and a matching envelope and box.
I used half of a die-cut, two rows of narrow black satin ribbon, between the green and lilac border, a charm and gems to decorate my card and made up the matching box.
