We are halfway through our Menu Challenge over at the Teddy Bo blog, and this time around I have chosen

I thought this would be suitable both as a birthday card and a congratulation on passing your driving test card, the driving license would make a great place to write a message to the recipient. You could maybe even add a photo of them if you had one.
